2014 Moors Eastside Farm

In 2014, Urban Geoponics launched a community garden OutEast, in Duval’s hardest-hit health zone engaging over 200 local residents.

2016 New Town Success

In February 2016 Urban Geoponics contracted to launch and maintain a garden for New Town Success Zone.

2017 Learn and Earn

In August of 2017 New Town Success, Urban Geoponics, Global Technology Education, Sol, and the Moxie Group collaborated for the Learn & Earn after-school program. The initiative centers around STEM & Agriculture CTE training for young adults who reside in Duval County. Thanks to our donors each child was paid $100 per month!

2022 Hidden Figures Award

Recently in 2022 we were recognized for our community outreach efforts of engaging over 100 local participants after COVID-19. The award garnered and received local and national media attention.

In Duval County, more students had anonymously self-reported more depression and suicide-related behaviors compared to their peers across the state.
